Intake
During our initial meeting we will gather information to address your immediate needs and collaborate in the development of a treatment plan.

Clinical Assessment
During a private interview, you and your counselor will be able to explore thoughts, feelings, symptoms, and behavior patterns that have contributed to your current circumstances. Together you will determine the best course of treatment to achieve your goals.

Counseling Services
During individual, group, and/or family therapy you will have the opportunity to share your issues, thoughts, and concerns with a skilled Mental Health Counselor. Your counselor relies on evidence-based practices integrated with clinical experience as well as incorporating your values and preferences to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.

Medication Monitoring
When deemed necessary by a Medical Specialist, medication can be highly beneficial. A psychiatrist will prescribe effective medications while ensuring close monitoring throughout the treatment process.
